With a length of 31 and a width of 20 cm, the large head offers enough space for nearly all pizzas, as well as, of course, other baked goods, such as tarte flambée, baguettes and burger buns. Apply some flour to the head before using it; this way, the pizza smoothly slides from the head onto your grille.

The pizza peel is made of stainless steel, and can be cleaned easily using warm water and a little bit of washing-up liquid. The wooden handle can be folded in, making it possible to store the peel consuming the smallest amount of space possible.
